Last night I decided to take a try at making cake pop roses..the only issue: that much fondant on a tiny piece of cake would taste horrible. So, I decided to take a try at making my own modeling chocolate..and I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted delicious and looked absolutely amazing!
Overall, it took me about 10-15 minutes on each pop and about 12 hours total..(prepping the modeling chocolate..letting it set..getting the pops ready, dipped and dry) Not to bad.
